*How do I place an order after I’ve been shopping?

One of two ways:
    >If you are a new client then you must first sign-up by completing the billing/shipping form or if you are a current client then your information has been previously saved and simply log-in. Then select your $5 Shipping, enter your Payment Information via PayPal (Free) review your order information and click Submit Order and Go! (Please note that once you click Submit your order can no longer be edited.)
    >You can also place your order over the phone with a S&L Representative and pay via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx.

*What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, and PayPal.

*How do I edit and access my account information?

You can access your information by clicking the My Account button located at the top right of bottom left of our website- from there you can edit and review orders.

*How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5 unless you spend over $25 -then it's Free! Our mission is to offer the most affordable pricing on accessories which includes shipping them to you.

*When will my order ship?

It takes us 1 day to process and package your items and then they are sent on their way to you.

*Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship throughout the USA.

*When will my back order arrive?

Typically, we do not have back ordered items. We have a limited amount of pieces and the amount we have in stock is clearly listed on each individual product page. Once that product runs out- we are out and it can no longer be ordered, well at least until we receive our next re-stock shipment.

For the Scrubs and Lotions: If we were to receive a large order for any of the Sugar Scrubs or Lotions; the delay would be no more than 3-4 days. If this were to happen- we would notify you immediately and offer you an additional scrub/lotion of your choice for the inconvenience.

*Is my information secure?

Yes, we value our client’s privacy and would never sell your person information to anyone. Your payment information is protected through PayPal’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which is the highest Internet security. ~ I personally have a PayPal account and have never experienced a breach in security. *Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents that live in Missouri are subject to paying sales tax- but to keep things fair -S&L (Stilettos & Legos) will pay it for you!

*How do I return my product?

Returns are only accepted with our authorization and you must contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving your product.
